Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring an Assistant Director to oversee the safe and effective operation of the school in partnership with the School Director. The role focuses on promoting children's social, physical, and intellectual development in a supportive, structured environment.

The Assistant Director will ensure compliance with licensing standards, recruit and support staff, and contribute to a positive, profitable center culture while maintaining a high standard of care for families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director.
• In the Director’s absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of $22.78/starting hourly based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
