Job summary

Learning Care Group seeks an Assistant Director to oversee the safe, effective operation of a childcare school in collaboration with the School Director. The role shares leadership with the Director and ensures a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities include promoting social, physical, and intellectual growth of children, maintaining licensing standards, and recruiting qualified staff for a thriving learning center.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

  Compensation/Benefit:

• Compensation $25.48 - $26.47 starting hourly rate salary on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
