Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to help run a licensed childcare center and support the School Director in delivering a safe, nurturing environment. You will lead staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote children's social, physical, and intellectual growth.

In the Director’s absence you’ll assume full responsibility for operations, while contributing to profitability and community trust through teamwork and dedication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director.
• In the Director’s absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.
• Assist in promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of $25.05 starting hourly based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
