Learning Care Group is hiring an Assistant Director to ensure the safe, effective operation of the school along with the School Director. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school and helps promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

The role emphasizes accountability, safety, and a supportive learning environment, including staff recruitment and retention to serve families and communities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
• Foster an educational, caring, safe environment for the children and parents.
• Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Compensation $24.18 - $25.12 starting hourly rate salary on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
