Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring an Assistant Director to help run a safe, thriving childcare center alongside the School Director. You will lead staff, support children’s growth, and uphold licensing and company standards.

In the Director’s absence you will assume full responsibility for the school and partner with families to deliver a nurturing, educational environment. This role emphasizes accountability, teamwork, and community leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school operates safely and effectively with the School Director.
• In the Director's absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.
• Assist in promoting social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
• Promote the positive image of Learning Care Group and contribute to being a provider of choice in the communities served.

In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

Compensation/Benefit:

• Compensation $24.18 - $25.12 starting hourly rate salary on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
