Job summary

Learning Care Group seeks an Assistant Director to ensure safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director. In the Director’s absence, you will assume sole responsibility for the site and lead efforts to promote children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
• Foster an educational, caring environment for the children and parents.
