Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Training Lead for Product Sales Specialists to ensure exceptional customer service and product knowledge. You will train staff, drive the basic P’s of retail, and maintain consistent merchandising and pricing across the department.

You will also lead certification courses, assist customers, and support the checkout process while upholding safety and efficiency standards. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Maryland location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Product Sales Specialists to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Provide product information and training on basics of retail P’s (People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price).
• Oversee merchandise presentation, pricing, and department organization.
• Greet customers, answer product questions, and assist with selections.
