Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Product Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure customer satisfaction through product knowledge and guidance
• Oversee merchandising, pricing and department organization
• Coordinate certifications and product training for staff
• Communicate SOPs and changes to all associates
• Assist customers with product questions and selections and process transactions
• Maintain stock, signage and displays and ensure accurate pricing
