Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist for Product Sales who will develop and coach Product Sales Specialists to provide outstanding customer experiences and accurate product information.

You will drive the company philosophy around the basic P’s of retail—People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion, Purchasing—and ensure compliance with safety and procedures while supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Product Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Assist customers with product questions and purchases at POS.
• Greet customers, provide product guidance, and process exchanges per guidelines.
