Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Product Sales Specialists to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Ensure proper merchandising, pricing and organization of the department.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections at the showroom floor.
• Process checkout, refunds, and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Provide price tags, signs and demonstrate basic product knowledge to customers.
