You will lead coaching, certify product specialists, and reinforce the basic P's of retail—People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion, Purchasing. Your role includes guiding merchandising, pricing, and department organization while delivering hands-on training and ensuring accurate product placement and pricing for a seamless shopping

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful, courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Process transactions at checkout using the POS system.
• Stock and tag merchandise displays as required.
• Communicate SOP direction and changes to associates in a timely manner.
• Train and develop Product Sales Specialists on company philosophy and best practices.
