Asset Living in Carrollton, TX seeks an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions under the Community Manager. You’ll drive rent collection, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines while maintaining strong resident relations.

This onsite role requires hands-on leadership, budgeting, and administrative management, with responsibilities across leasing, maintenance coordination, and reporting.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred in housing industry or related field.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Post payments and income accurately for residents and applicants; timely processing of receivables.
• Reconcile daily accounts receivable; monitor bad debt, late notices, evictions.
• Manage end-of-month close and maintain organized records; audits of resident files.
• Supervise onsite staff and enforce company directives; recruit, train, coach, and develop staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines; maintain property appearance.
