Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under the Community Manager. You will oversee delinquency, rent collection, leasing, maintenance, and risk management.

Responsibilities include supervising onsite staff, implementing leasing strategies, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and OSHA, and maintaining excellent customer service and property appearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management: manage payments, reconciliations, and monthly closing procedures.
• Personnel Management: supervise onsite staff, training, coaching, and leasing leadership.
• Administrative Management: ensure service requests, property upkeep, and resource planning are managed efficiently.

Skills
