Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations of the housing community under the Community Manager. You will manage rent collection, cash flow, and all aspects of operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, and risk management on site.

You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with policies, and contribute to resident satisfaction through effective leasing and service.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience.
• Ability to perform onsite software functions and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income from residents accurately and timely.
• Reconcile daily account receivables and monitor bad debt.
• Assist with budgeting and NOI targets; support monthly close.
• Supervise onsite staff and ensure adherence to company policies.
