Job summary

Asset Living is recruiting an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of a housing community, reporting to the Community Manager. You will drive delinquency management, rent collections, and cash-flow optimization while supervising onsite staff in line with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in the housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Posting payments and income accurately from applicants, residents, and non-residents.
• Processing and reconciling daily accounts receivable.
• Following up on bad debt, late notices, and evictions.
• Assisting the property in meeting budgeted revenues, expenses, and Net Operating Income.
• Walking units and posting move-out charges, statements, and deposits.
