Job summary

Asset Living is hiring an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions under the Community Manager. You will help manage rent collection, delinquency, and cash flow while supervising site staff and leasing activities.

As an on-site leader, you will ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing, safety guidelines, and risk management. The role emphasizes teamwork, training, and delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or two years housing industry experience.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations and financial functions under the Community Manager.
• Assist with payroll, rent collection, and delinquency management to optimize cash flow.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and risk management per company policies.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and OSHA guidelines and safety standards.
