Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations at the housing community under the supervision of the Community Manager. You will handle rent collection, financial reporting, and compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines on site.

The role emphasizes staff supervision, leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations while ensuring the property meets budgeted goals and quality standards in a dynamic, growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years housing industry experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; basic computer skills required
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and financial functions of the housing community
• Post payments and income accurately and timely; reconcile receivables
• Manage budgeted revenues, expenses, and NOI; monitor utilities and charges
• Supervise onsite staff and leasing activities; ensure compliance with policies
• Maintain property appearance; conduct regular inspections and tours
• Assist with vendor bids, pricing, and resource planning
• Ensure customer service quality and respond to resident requests
