Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of a housing community under the Community Manager’s supervision. You will manage rent collection, postings, and account reconciliations while ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

As an on-site leader, you will supervise staff, implement the annual marketing and leasing plan, and coordinate operations including maintenance, administration, and risk

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and maintain resident satisfaction.
• Experience supervising on-site staff and coordinating leasing, maintenance, and administration functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions under Community Manager supervision.
• Post payments, reconcile receivables, and monitor collections to optimize cash flow.
• Assist with budgeting, revenue targets, and NOI; supervise onsite staff.
• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents; enforce leasing procedures and reporting.
