Job summary

Asset Living seeks an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of a housing community, reporting to the Community Manager. This on-site role focuses on delinquency and rent collection to optimize cash flow and financial position while supervising staff and ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in housing.
• Ability to understand and use onsite software; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income accurately and timely.
• Reconcile daily accounts receivable and monitor delinquency.
• Assist with budgeting, NOI, and end-of-month reporting.
• Supervise onsite staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents.
