Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under the supervision of the Community Manager. You will assist with delinquency and rent collection to optimize cash flow and financial position.

You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines, and manage all operations including leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
