Job summary

Rose Associates is seeking a dedicated Assistant Community Manager to support day-to-day operations across multi-family properties. The role focuses on resident relations, leasing activities, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth community operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in multifamily leasing or assistant management, a solid grasp of property management software, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate or finance preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of multifamily leasing or assistant community management experience.
• Proficiency with community management software and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Address resident requests, complaints, and inquiries per contractual obligations.
• Liaise between ownership and residents; draft and distribute communications.
• Foster positive relationships among residents, staff and management.
• Assist in budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and record-keeping.
• Prepare monthly reports and monitor delinquency targets.
• Coordinate Move In/Move Out schedules and inspections.
• Support leasing demonstrations and lease administration processes.
• Assist with lease enforcement, renewals, and renewals data entry.
• Collaborate on renovations, vendor estimates, and CapEx coordination.
