Job summary

Rose Associates in New York, NY is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our multifamily properties. You will support the Community Manager in day-to-day operations, resident relations, and administrative tasks to ensure vibrant communities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), at least 3 years of multifamily leasing or assistant management, and proficiency with Yardi, RentCafe, and other property-management tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of multifamily leasing and/or assistant community management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred; NY real estate license preferred or ability to obtain one within 120 days.
• Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and be on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager with day-to-day operations and resident relations.
• Draft and distribute resident communications; foster positive relationships with residents, staff, and ownership.
• Assist with budget forecasting, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly reporting.
