Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Address resident requests, complaints, and inquiries in line with standards.
• Assist in lease administration, renewals, and move-in/move-out coordination.
• Support budgeting, reporting, and vendor coordination on CapEx projects.
• Maintain on-site operations, safety, and compliance across properties.
