Job summary

Rose Associates is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our multifamily properties. This role supports the Community Manager in daily operations, resident relations, and admin tasks to ensure successful, vibrant communities.

The candidate will handle leasing demonstrations, process leases, maintain relationships with tenants, and assist with inspections, budgeting, and vendor coordination. On-site presence is required with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of multifamily leasing or assistant community management experience.
• Proficiency with Yardi, RentCafe, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Address resident requests and inquiries.
• Draft and distribute resident communications.
• Analyze income and expenses and forecast budgets.
• Process lease administration, renewals, and notices.
• Coordinate Move In/Move Out schedules and inspections.
• Be on-site and available for after-hours emergencies.
