Job summary

Rose Associates Inc. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our multifamily properties. You will support the Community Manager in daily operations, resident relations, and administrative tasks to ensure vibrant, well-managed communities.

On-site presence and strong communication are essential as you handle leasing activity, inspections, and coordination with staff and vendors. You will contribute to budget awareness, occupancy targets, and retention programs while ensuring compliance and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or finance is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of multifamily leasing and/or assistant community management experience.
Proficiency with community management software (Yardi, RentCafe, On-Site, Elise AI, Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

Address resident requests and inquiries in line with contractual obligations and standards.
Liaise between ownership and residents, drafting and distributing communications.
Assist in lease administration and maintain occupancy and renewal rates.
Prepare monthly reports and monitor delinquency rates.
Assist with Move In/Move Out schedules and inspections.
Support with vendor coordination and CapEx projects as needed.
Be on-site to address community matters and interact with residents, staff, and vendors.
