Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Proficiency with a personal computer, email, Word, Excel and Entrata (or similar on-site accounting software).
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Basic to intermediate mathematical and accounting skills.
• Ability to train staff and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with overall property operations.
• Collect and post rent, manage delinquencies, evictions, and legal notices.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports; complete month-end close.
• Audit lease agreements and resident files for accuracy; maintain accounts receivable.
• Process move-ins/outs and lease renewals; assist with marketing and resident relations.
• Assist with staff training, timecard submission, and resident retention events.
• Supervise and participate in shopping competitive properties; ensure site safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with on-site accounting tasks and general office operations.
