Job summary

Henssler Property Management is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our team. This role supports all community operations, with the goal of maximizing occupancy levels and property values, while ensuring a positive resident experience.

You will report to the Community Manager and may assume duties in their absence. We offer a generous benefits package and opportunities for growth within a well-regarded property management company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of onsite community management experience.
• Basic knowledge of Multifamily Community Management.
• Fair Housing Regulations knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; Yardi experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maximizing occupancy and property values.
• Support the Community Manager in all operations.
• Manage resident relations and leasing tasks.
• Coordinate maintenance and service activities with staff.
• Prepare weekly staff schedules and maintain office/model apartment conditions.
• Ensure lease files are complete and leases executed properly.
