Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, prospects and visitors.
• Lease and resident communication management; light office tasks.
• Coordinate lease renewals and renewals process.
• Conduct outside marketing under supervision.
• Verify applications (credit/income/background) for leases.
• Prepare and file lease documents with signatures.
• Ensure apartment condition prior to move-in and conduct final inspections.
• Assist with daily marketing inspections and amenity area upkeep.
