Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in office operations, leasing performance, resident relations, and team coordination to help the property achieve sales, service, and operational goals.

The role involves assisting in setting and achieving sales and collection goals, coaching leasing staff, leasing apartments, and supporting revenue growth while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company policy.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of multifamily or closely related experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory or training experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and coaching skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with administrative and property management software.
• Strong knowledge of leasing operations and resident lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting and achieving sales and collection goals.
• Coach leasing staff and support prospect conversions.
• Lease apartments and manage lead activity.
• Support revenue growth and expense control.
• Prepare final move-out statements per local/state rules.
• Assist with renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and transfers.
• Resolve resident issues professionally and promptly.
• Assist with month-end reporting and close procedures.
• Analyze market data and monitor competition.
• Coordinate resident events and engagement.
• Ensure Fair Housing and company policy compliance.
