Qualifications

• Two years of property management experience preferred.
• Six months assistant community manager experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours, respond to leads, and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Oversee rent collection and billing accuracy.
• Support budget tracking and financial reporting with leadership.
• Manage a positive, productive work environment and mentor staff.
• Address resident concerns promptly and deescalate issues professionally.
