Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in office operations, leasing performance, resident relations, and team coordination to help the property achieve sales, service, and operational goals.

You will assist in setting and achieving community sales and collection goals, coach leasing staff, lease apartments, manage lead activity, and contribute to revenue growth while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company policy.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of multifamily or closely related experience
• 1+ year of supervisory or training experience
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting and achieving community sales & collection goals
• Coach leasing staff and support prospect conversion
• Lease apartments and maintain lead management activity
• Support revenue growth and expense control initiatives
• Complete final account statements upon move out in accordance with local & state requirements
• Assist with renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and transfers
• Resolve resident issues professionally and promptly
• Assist with accounting month end reported, ensuring accuracy in reporting and close out procedures
• Analyze market data and monitor competition
• Coordinate resident events and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policy
