Job summary

Valiant Residential in Colorado is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in leasing, marketing, and resident relations while handling financial recordkeeping. You will greet prospects, screen applicants, process applications and deposits, update availability, and coordinate with maintenance to keep the property running smoothly.

A positive attitude and strong English communication skills are required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain before interacting with prospective residents.
Strong verbal and written communication in English; Spanish is a plus.
Apartment management experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
Ability to work most weekends.
Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
Assist with leasing, marketing, and resident relations.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing advertising materials.
Assist in showing units and screening applicants.
Maintain records of rental levels in the surrounding area.
Process applications and deposits; submit to Community Manager for approval.
Assist with renewals, notices, and rent collection.
Coordinate with maintenance and accounting to ensure timely payment of invoices.
Represent the company professionally and address resident inquiries.
