Job summary

Valiant Residential seeks aCommunity Manager to supervise daily apartment community operations and implement company policies. You will lead staff, manage budgets, and ensure rental income and occupancy targets are met while maintaining compliance with regulations.

The role requires a minimum 3+ years in property management, strong communication skills, and a proactive, hands-on leadership style. A college degree and CAM/ARM certifications are preferred. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, orient, and train on-site staff.
• Maintain accurate records of rents, move-ins/outs, and expense reports.
• Prepare annual budgets and revenue projections.
• Ensure leases are executed and rents/late fees collected on time.
• Oversee maintenance requests and vendor contracts.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
