Job summary

Valiant Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Colorado to support the Community Manager, help with leasing, marketing, and resident relations, and maintain accurate financial records. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities include advertising materials, unit showings, background screenings, deposits, applications, renewals, and inputting data into the Yardi system.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work with a team and support the community team.
• Willingness to participate in training and comply with laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing advertising materials.
• Assist in showing units and screening applicants.
• Maintain records of rental levels and neighborhood comparables.
• Present creative leasing and marketing ideas.
• Maintain courteous communication with residents and partners.
• Greet prospects and qualify according to criteria.
• Process applications and deposits per procedures.
• Process renewals and distribute renewal notices.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Assist with lease preparation and administration.
• Operate accounting software to record and analyze information.
