Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing advertising materials for units.
• Show units, screen applicants, and maintain rental records.
• Maintain and update availability reports and process applications.
• Support leasing and marketing initiatives and resident relations.
• Handle rent collections and issue late notices as needed.
• Input information into Yardi accurately and timely.
• Coordinate renewals and communicate with residents and team.
