Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager who assists the Community Manager to run the property smoothly and steps in when needed. The role involves supporting leasing, marketing, and resident relations while keeping accurate financial records.

The candidate should have a high school diploma (or equivalent), 2+ years of college preferred, and a Fair Housing certification or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Fair Housing Certification required or willingness to obtain before interactions.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor; teamwork essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing advertising materials.
• Assist in showing units and screening applicants.
• Maintain records of rental levels and renewals.
• Process applications and leases in Yardi; obtain approvals.
• Communicate with residents, applicants, and vendors.
• Assist with collections, notices, and rent payments.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
