Job summary

Rose Associates in New York City seeks an Assistant Community Manager for our multifamily properties. You will support the Community Manager in daily operations, resident relations, and administrative tasks to keep vibrant communities running smoothly.

The role requires a 3-year track record in multifamily leasing or assistant management, a NY real estate license or the ability to obtain one, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of multifamily leasing or assistant management experience.
• NY real estate license or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Address resident requests and inquiries in line with standards.
• Coordinate between ownership and residents and draft communications.
• Assist in budgeting, reporting, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Support Move In/Move Out scheduling and lease administration.
• Maintain property management systems and vendor coordination.
