Valiant Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in daily property operations, leasing, marketing, and resident relations. This role emphasizes accurate data handling, bookkeeping tasks, and coordinating with maintenance and sales teams to keep the community running smoothly.

You will assist with advertising, showings, applicant screening, application processing, deposits, renewals, and resident communications, while upholding Fair Housing practices

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of college preferred.
• Fair Housing Certification, or willingness to obtain.
• English fluency; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing advertising materials.
• Assist in showing units and screening applicants.
• Maintain records of rental levels and reports.
• Process applications and deposits for approval.
• Assist with renewals and renewal notices.
• Maintain resident files and handle notices.
