Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to assist the Community Manager in day-to-day operations at our Texas property. You will help with leasing, marketing, resident relations, and financial record-keeping using Yardi and other systems.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, are customer-service oriented, and familiar with property management basics. This role offers growth, team collaboration, and a pathway to full property management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of college preferred.
• Apartment management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in advertising materials and showing units.
• Maintain rental records and update availability.
• Process applications, conduct credit checks and approvals.
• Collect rents and prepare receipts.
• Input data into Yardi system accurately.
• Maintain resident files and respond to inquiries.
