Job summary

Valiant Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in leasing, marketing, and resident relations. The role focuses on accurate financial recordkeeping, processing applications, and maintaining quality communications with residents and the team.

The position requires strong English communication, a positive attitude, and attention to detail. A Fair Housing certification or willingness to obtain is required, with weekend availability and a valid

Qualifications

Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain before interacting with prospective residents.
Apartment management experience preferred and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing advertising materials and showing units to prospects.
Maintain records of rental levels and update availability reports.
Process applications, credit checks, and renewals under the Community Manager's guidance.
Enter lease information in Yardi and ensure accuracy of invoices and payments.
Represent the company professionally and maintain resident relations and communications.
