Westdale Real Estate Investment & Mgmt. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our 468-unit Aurora, CO apartment community. If you enjoy leasing and have a knack for numbers, this role combines front-line leasing with financial duties.

Responsibilities include leasing, processing applications, income collections, move-ins/move-outs, resident relations, reporting, and marketing. Strong Yardi/CRM experience and solid bookkeeping are required, along with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least one year of Assistant Manager experience on an apartment community.
• Yardi/CRM experience is required.
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work on Saturdays with an alternative day off once per month.
