Job summary

Valiant Residential is hiring an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager and stand in when needed. You will help with leasing, advertising, resident relations, and maintaining accurate financial records using Yardi.

The role focuses on customer service, unit showings, screening applicants, and processing applications while upholding Fair Housing guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to show units, screen applicants, and process applications.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing requirements and rental procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing advertising materials and show units.
• Maintain rental records and update availability reports.
• Process applications including credit checks and history.
• Coordinate renewals and issue notices as needed.
• Communicate with residents, applicants and vendors professionally.
• Handle rent collections and input data in the system promptly.
