Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in financial and operational tasks, including rent collection, invoicing, deposits, reporting, and using Entrata/Yardi/OneSite to monitor property performance.

You will assist leasing and marketing to meet occupancy goals, manage vendor relationships, ensure property safety and appearance, and help implement short- and long-term marketing plans while delivering strong resident service.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports leasing and marketing to achieve occupancy goals.
• Handles daily financial operations: invoices, payments and deposits.
• Prepares monthly close-out and financial reports.
• Uses property management software to record and report financials.
• Performs vendor management and invoice review for accuracy.
• Maintains resident satisfaction and safety standards.
• Assists with property tours and tenant communications.
• Coordinates with maintenance and supervisor to manage make-ready tasks.
