RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational tasks for the property. This includes managing resident relations, assisting with leasing, and ensuring community compliance with company standards.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, experience in property management, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Ability to perform essential job functions unaccompanied.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist the Community Manager in managing community operations.
• Oversee financial and accounting tasks including rent collection.
• Manage client relationships and property tours.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and manage community appearance.
• Supervise and delegate tasks in the absence of the Community Manager.
