RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of a multifamily property in Florida. The role includes handling the full leasing cycle, rent collection, and coordinating vendor payments while promoting resident satisfaction.

You will assist with monthly close-outs, financial reporting, and property marketing to sustain occupancy and revenue, with on-site supervision and adherence to company

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; property management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills to connect with people at all levels.
• Proficiency with internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and database reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the community.
• Complete monthly close-out and financial reports; process invoices for payment and collect rents.
• Coordinate leasing and marketing efforts to meet revenue and occupancy goals; participate in tenant relations.
• Review vendor invoices and reconcile payments; monitor market trends to recommend improvements.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and overall appearance of the property; supervise on-site staff in CM’s absence.
