Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC in Delray Beach, FL, is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the property. You will handle accounting tasks, reports, invoicing, rent collection, deposits, and data entry in the property management system.

Qualifications

Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills with ability to connect to people at all levels.
Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi or One Site) and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Support leasing and marketing efforts to achieve revenue and occupancy goals across the full leasing cycle.
Process invoices, payments, deposits and accounting tasks; reconcile accounts as needed.
Monitor market trends, assist with marketing plans, and support owner/client communications.
