Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to lead a property team, drive leasing performance, and deliver outstanding service to residents.

You will manage daily operations, monitor budgets, forecast profitability, coordinate maintenance and vendor relations, and ensure compliance with policies.

The role requires 1–3 years of multi-family management, strong communication and leadership skills, weekend availability, and a customer‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in multi-family property management.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing and customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills with ability to connect to people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate team members; interview, hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Meet revenue targets by implementing marketing and leasing strategies.
• Perform budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis; manage invoicing.
• Gather and interpret market trends; propose property improvements.
• Conduct property tours; update clients on performance; engage vendors and contractors.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and curb appeal; report malfunctions and incidents.
• Resolve resident complaints and maintain excellent service levels.
• Monitor competition and build market relationships.
