Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the on-site team across leasing, financial operations, and resident relations to drive occupancy and performance.

You will assist the Community Manager with reporting, invoicing, payments, and make-ready tasks while upholding safety and service standards. This role requires strong communication in a collaborative, community-driven culture, with growth opportunities within RangeWater's portfolio.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills for resident and team interaction.
• Strong presentation and delivery skills for leasing and training.
• Experience with property management processes and tenant relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with leasing and marketing to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Handle daily financial operations including invoicing, payments, and deposits.
• Review vendor invoices and reconcile purchases per policy.
• Analyze market trends to inform property improvements and pricing.
• Coordinate maintenance and make-ready tasks with the maintenance team.
• Support on-site operations and provide resident-facing service and problem resolution.
