Qualifications

• Two years property management experience preferred
• Six months assistant community manager experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License; CALP is a plus

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Occupancy: conduct tours, respond to leads, guide prospects through leasing process
• Financial & Administrative: oversee rent collection, payment posting, delinquencies; assist with financial reporting
• Leadership & Team Support: cover Community Manager duties and maintain a positive work environment
