Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support leasing, resident relations, and administrative tasks at our communities. You will work closely with the Community Manager to meet occupancy goals, process applications, and drive resident engagement through events and social content.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Two years of property management experience preferred.
• Six months previous assistant community manager experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• A CALP accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist leasing efforts by conducting tours, responding to leads, and guiding prospects through the leasing process.
• Ensure lease applications, renewals, and related documents are completed accurately and on time.
• Oversee rent collection, check scanning, and payment posting to ensure timely processing.
• Monitor delinquencies and coordinate eviction procedures as needed.
• Support leadership and team through clear communication and task prioritization.
• Deescalate resident concerns with professionalism and empathy.
